About Louise Young - Regional Director of Get Ahead West London

With 30 years’ experience in a variety of marketing and communications roles, I’ve had the pleasure of working for some amazing brands and inspirational leaders. I’ve had the opportunity to manage teams globally, as well as budgets ranging from the very small to multi-million-pound marketing spend. Best of all, there has been variety both in the products I have created marketing campaigns for, and also the media channels I’ve been able to use. And it’s this experience ranging in scale from TV campaigns to smaller and more targeted social channel promotions, internal communications or email marketing, that helps me apply a multi-channel approach to my clients’ needs at Get Ahead.  

Although marketing often has exposure to all aspects of a business and its growth, I’m not limited to the scope of just my own skillset at Get Ahead; we have a team of experts who have very different and complementary skills to mine, from HR to accountancy or design to SEO and it’s this range of ability that enables us as an agency to support all aspects of a client’s business, whatever the need.
